Here you can find the results of the surveys performed in 2001, 2003 and 2004 (the service was not funded in 2002).
In general, the people who contact Signpost are satisified with the service they receive, and we strive to respond to any action points that we discover during the survey. Thank you to everyone who has taken time to respond to our survey forms or telephone questionnaires.
