Time out Zone

In February 2007 Signpost initiated a group specifically designed for fathers, grandfathers, uncles and carers of children with additional support needs to take time out and have a break from caring.

Run by dads for dads, the group meets monthly, and has a mix of social and activity nights, and occasional speakers.  Go-karting, whisky tasting and a visit to the fire station have all been on the menu recently!

If you would like to speak directly to one of the dads, Signpost can put you in touch with the group - just contact us.

Books for dads

Our library contains books written by or for dads, which can be borrowed by members of Signpost. See our library list for more details.
